What we collect
Account information. When you register we store your email address, username, and a hashed password. You may optionally add a display name, bio, avatar, and external links to your profile.
Content you publish. Albums, tracks, cover images, descriptions, pricing, and any metadata you provide (such as model name or generation method) are stored and displayed publicly when you publish a release.
Playback data. When you listen to tracks, we record playback events (play, pause, skip, completion) along with the position in the track and a timestamp. For logged-in users this is linked to your account. For anonymous listeners we store an IP address.
Social activity. Follows, bookmarks, and now-playing status are stored and linked to your account. Follows and now-playing are visible to other users; bookmarks are private.
How we use it
- To operate the platform: serve pages, stream audio, deliver downloads
- To provide creators with playback analytics for their own releases
- To detect abuse and enforce our content policies
- To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not sell your data. We do not run behavioral advertising.
Third-party services
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage
- Vercel — application hosting and basic site analytics
- OpenAI — optional AI-powered track name generation (only when explicitly triggered by a creator; no user data is sent)
Each service processes data under its own privacy policy. We choose providers that offer appropriate data protection.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are HTTP-only cookies managed by our authentication provider. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Creator analytics
If you publish music, you can see aggregate playback statistics for your releases: play counts, completion rates, and listening trends. Creators cannot see the identity of individual listeners. IP addresses collected from anonymous playback are not exposed to creators.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Playback analytics are retained indefinitely in aggregate form to provide long-term statistics to creators.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the settings page. This permanently removes your profile, uploads, social connections, and playback data. This action is irreversible.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to request a copy of it. To exercise these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This platform is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
